All purchases from Little Crooked House are subject to our Terms and Conditions set out below.

1. Payments and Orders

Payment can be made using your PayPal account or credit card (MasterCard and VISA) via the secure payment service provided by WooCommerce/Square. 

We aim to dispatch your order the next business day once payment is received.

We aim to keep our website up to date.  However, if for any reason an item listed is unavailable we will contact you within 24 hrs to arrange an exchange or refund of your purchase.

2. Prices and GST

All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% where applicable.

3. Products

We make every effort to depict our products accurately. However please be aware that the colours will depend on your viewing screen and may not exactly reflect the colour of the product you receive.  If you are unhappy on receipt, please contact us through our Contact Us portal or by Messenger Chat function on the website.

5. Shipping

Private Collection

For some of our items we may offer Local Pickup Only. If any of these items are purchased, we will contact you via email to organise a mutually agreeable pickup time.

Post within Australia

All orders are shipped from Dromedary, Tasmania via Australia Post. Please allow 2 – 7 business days for delivery. We will forward you the tracking information and will also follow its progress to ensure we stay on top of any delays.

While Australia Post insures parcels without additional cost up to $100, if your purchase is over that amount we would suggest you purchase additional insurance. While we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the postal system, we will work with you in getting compensation through Australia Post.

We ensure parcels are well wrapped to avoid any breakages. If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item and contact us. Claims for these can be made via Australia Post for up to $100 via their insurance. We will do what we can to assist you with any claim. As stated, if the item you purchase is over the compensation offered by Australia Post, we recommend you purchase additional insurance.


Delivery usually takes 2-7 business days, however, some rural and regional interstate areas may take longer. We will track the item from our end in addition to providing you with a tracking number. Please contact us if you are concerned regarding the time it’s taking to receive your item.
