How will my order be sent?
All orders are sent by Australia Post standard delivery. You may opt for Express Post, however, depending on when we receive your order, it may not be sent until the next business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
As all orders are sent from Tasmania, we like to say 3- 7 days depending on location. You will be given a tracking number to monitor its progress.
What will it cost to ship my order?
We like to keep things simple so we offer a set standard shipping of $12 and express post of $16, with the following exceptions:
- Some items can be sent as a large letter depending on quantity or other items purchased. The large letter option will be available at checkout if applicable.
- Some items are 'Bulky' (e.g. Planters). Shipping for these items is $18, however you can add further items to your order for this cost.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we only offer shipping Australia-wide. However, if there is something you really REALLY want, please get in touch and we may be able to work something out for you.
What payment options do you have?
We accept payment online by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
To protect your data and for your peace of mind, we use a secure dedicated payment gateway to protect your data. Your credit card information is not stored by us and is handled over SSL encryption.
How do I return an item due to change of mind?
We offer a 14-day return policy for change of mind, no questions asked. We do ask that you contact us within this time to rectify the situation quickly. For further information, please see our Shipping and Returns Policy.
How do I return damaged items?
If items were damaged in transit, we will file a claim with Australia Post and refund or exchange your item. We may need photographic proof of the damage. If the items are not damaged in transit but are faulty, please contact us immediately by using the Contact Us form on the website or by the Messenger Chat button on the right-hand side of the website page so we can help you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We gift wrap all orders, whether it's for you or someone else. But if you want a specific item wrapped separately, just let us know in the order notes. And if you want us to send it directly to someone else, we can even include a handwritten note - just tell us in the notes too!
